Booking the space, negotiating the rate, issuing the document and carrying responsibility for the cargo the whole way.

As your forwarder we act between you and the carrier. We hold rate agreements with shipping lines and airlines, place the booking, arrange pickup or stuffing, issue the bill of lading or airway bill, and follow the schedule until the cargo is discharged.

Rates are quoted the way they will be billed. Ocean or air cost, origin charges, destination charges, CFS and transport each appear as their own line so you can compare offers honestly. If a carrier rate moves before booking, you hear about it before the shipment is committed, not after.
